This page collects the certificates behind our products: management-system certification of the manufacturing base, type-test certificates for the oil-immersed S11, S13, S22 and dry-type SCB13, SCB18 transformer series, type-test reports for KYN28A-12 HV switchgear and box-type substations, CCC certification of low-voltage switchgear assemblies and China Energy-Saving Product certification of -NX2 dry-type transformers.
Every certificate shown here is available as a scanned original on request, and each delivered transformer comes with its own factory routine test report.

Jiangsu Xinhong Electric — oil-immersed transformers, type-test certificates
All of these transformers are built by Jiangsu Xinhong Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. The S22, S13 and S11 oil-immersed power transformers were type-tested to the GB/T 1094 series (IEC 60076), GB/T 6451 and related standards; of these, only the S22 units were also tested to the GB 20052-2020 energy-efficiency requirements. Testing bodies: National Quality Inspection & Testing Centre for Medium- and Low-Voltage Distribution Equipment (S22) and National Supervision and Inspection Center for Energy-saving Product Quality (S13 / S11).
Jiangsu Xinhong Electric — dry-type transformers, type-test certificates
All of these transformers are built by Jiangsu Xinhong Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. The SCB18 and SCB13 cast-resin dry-type transformers were type-tested to GB/T 1094.11 (IEC 60076-11) and GB/T 10228; the SCB18 tests additionally cover GB 20052-2020. Testing bodies: National Quality Inspection & Testing Centre for Medium- and Low-Voltage Distribution Equipment (SCB18) and National Supervision and Inspection Center for Energy-saving Product Quality (SCB13).
Jiangsu Xinhong Electric — switchgear and substations, CCC and type tests
The following certificates and reports are from the qualification documents of Jiangsu Xinhong Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.: China Compulsory Certification (CCC) for the XL, GGD, GGJ and XMCS-K low-voltage switchgear assemblies, and type-test reports for the KYN28A-12 HV switchgear, the YB□-12/0.4-1250 European-type box substation and the YBM(YHB)-40.5/1.14-6300 prefabricated combined substation for PV/wind power plants.
Jiangsu Xinhong Electric — dry-type transformers, China Energy-Saving Product certificates
Jiangsu Xinhong Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. holds three China Energy-Saving Product certificates issued by the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) for its dry-type distribution transformers SCB-200…1250/10-NX2 and SCB-1600…2500/10-NX2; product standard GB 20052-2013, valid until 26 October 2027.
