Factory-assembled compact substations (KTP) combine the medium-voltage switchgear, the transformer and the low-voltage distribution board in one weather-proof enclosure — delivered tested and ready to connect. The ZGS American-type unit integrates the transformer tank with a compact HV and LV compartment for a smaller footprint; the YB European-type substation offers walk-in compartments, more LV feeders and easier maintenance. Prefabricated cabin substations house complete 10 – 35 kV switchgear rooms, protection and SCADA panels for larger sites.
Typical configurations: 10 kV incoming with load-break switch or vacuum circuit breaker, 50 – 2500 kVA oil-immersed or dry-type transformer, LV board with ACB / MCCB feeders, metering, capacitor compensation, heating and ventilation for −40 °C … +45 °C. Enclosures in galvanised steel, stainless steel or aluminium-zinc sheet with anti-corrosion painting.

KTP, KTPN and BKTP: which substation to choose
KTPN is the GOST name for an outdoor compact transformer substation and BKTP for a block-type (modular) substation in a concrete or steel enclosure. We supply factory-built KTP for 10/0.4 kV, 30–2500 kVA: compact ZGS American-type (kiosk KTPN), YB European-type with a service corridor, and BMP prefabricated cabins for PV plants and industrial sites.

What is included in a KTP?
An HV section (load-break switch or vacuum circuit breaker), a 50–2500 kVA oil-immersed or dry-type transformer, a 0.4 kV board with outgoing feeder breakers, metering, reactive-power compensation as specified, heating and lighting. The KTP ships factory-assembled and tested.
