Frequently asked questions
Answers about ordering, delivery to Uzbekistan, standards and service.
General
Who is LALOGO and where is the equipment manufactured?
LALOGO is a supplier of power transformers, complete substations and switchgear for customers in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. The equipment is manufactured at our partner plant, Jiangsu Xinhong Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. (Pizhou, Jiangsu, China) — a high-tech enterprise founded in 2018 with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified management systems and CCC-certified low-voltage switchgear assemblies.
We handle the technical selection, the commercial offer, export documentation and delivery, and we stay your single point of contact throughout the warranty period.
Which languages do you work in?
We communicate in Russian, Uzbek, English and Chinese. Technical offers, drawings and passports for the equipment are prepared in Russian and English on request.
Products and standards
Are your transformers suitable for the Uzbek 6/10 kV and 0.4 kV networks (50 Hz)?
Yes. All distribution transformers are designed for 50 Hz networks with HV of 6, 6.3 or 10 kV (optionally 10.5 kV) and LV of 0.4 kV, with off-circuit tapping ±2×2.5 % or ±5 % and vector groups Yyn0 or Dyn11. 35 kV power transformers with LV of 6.3 or 10.5 kV are also available.
The designs follow GB/T 1094, which is harmonised with IEC 60076; on request we prepare a compliance statement against the GOST / O‘zDSt requirements specified in your project.
What is the difference between S11, S13, S22 and SH15 oil-immersed transformers?
The number is the performance-level code: the higher the number, the lower the no-load loss. S11 is the long-established basic design, S13 has lower no-load loss and lower noise thanks to an optimised core and winding design, and S22 is designed to energy-efficiency grade 1 of GB 20052-2020 — S22 units of 100, 400 and 1250 kVA have passed type tests to this standard at a national test centre in China. The grade of a specific unit is stated on its rating plate and in its test report.
SH15 uses an amorphous alloy core, which gives markedly lower no-load losses than a silicon-steel core — a good choice where the transformer is lightly loaded most of the time, for example rural feeders or PV plants at night. Ask us for the guaranteed loss values of the specific rating you need.
When should I choose a dry-type (SCB) transformer instead of an oil-immersed one?
Cast-resin dry-type transformers (SCB10 – SCB18, SC(B)H15) are used indoors and in places with fire-safety or environmental restrictions: office buildings, shopping centres, hospitals, metro, data centres and industrial workshops. They need no oil pit or fire-protection distance and can be installed next to the load.
Oil-immersed transformers (S11 – S22, SH15) are cheaper per kVA, better for outdoor pole- or pad-mounted installation and for larger capacities. Our engineers will help you compare both options for your site.
What is a box-type (compact) substation and what does it include?
A box-type substation (KTP in the CIS terminology) combines the HV switchgear, the transformer and the LV distribution board in one factory-assembled, weather-proof enclosure. We supply the American-type ZGS (compact, transformer tank integrated) and European-type YB (walk-in enclosure with separate compartments) designs for 10 kV / 0.4 kV, as well as 35 kV step-up units for solar and wind plants.
Delivery includes the transformer, vacuum circuit breakers or load-break switches, protection relays, metering, LV outgoing feeders and, on request, capacitor banks, SCADA interface and heating for cold climates.
Can you manufacture non-standard capacities, voltages or enclosures?
Yes. Besides the standard range of 30 – 2500 kVA (distribution) and up to 20 MVA (35 kV power transformers) we can offer, subject to factory confirmation, special voltages (e.g. 6.6 kV, 11 kV), on-load tap changers, IP54 enclosures for box substations, corrosion-resistant painting for salt or desert environments and low-temperature designs. Tell us the requirement and we will confirm feasibility, price and lead time with the plant.
Ordering and delivery
How do I request a quotation?
Send us the required capacity, HV/LV voltages, vector group, quantity, installation conditions (indoor/outdoor, altitude, ambient temperature) and delivery place — through the form, by email or Telegram/WhatsApp. If you have a project specification or a bill of quantities, attach it. We reply with a technical and commercial offer within one business day.
What are the delivery time and shipping routes to Uzbekistan?
Standard distribution transformers are typically manufactured in 20 – 35 days after the advance payment; box-type substations and switchgear lines in 30 – 45 days. Shipping to Tashkent by rail or truck via the Khorgos / Alashankou border crossings and Kazakhstan typically takes 15 – 25 days; sea + rail routes are used for large projects. Actual times depend on the model, quantity and route; the binding date is the one confirmed in our offer and the contract.
We can deliver on FOB, CIF or DAP Tashkent terms and support customs clearance and certification in Uzbekistan through our local partners.
What documents are supplied with the equipment?
Factory routine-test report for each unit, product passport and operating manual, outline and foundation drawings, packing list and certificate of origin. The ISO, CCC and type-test certificates or reports that apply to the ordered model are listed in the offer, and copies are supplied with the offer or contract.
Warranty and service
What warranty do you provide?
The standard warranty is 12 months from commissioning and no longer than 18 months from shipment; extended warranty terms are available for project contracts. During the warranty period we respond to any operational issue within 4 hours and organise remote or on-site support.
Do you provide installation supervision and commissioning?
Yes. We can send experienced engineers for installation supervision, testing and commissioning, and train your operating staff. Spare parts are supplied at factory prices, and we offer a quarterly inspection service for equipment under warranty.
