Oil-immersed transformers

S11 / S13 / S22 distribution transformers, SH15 amorphous-alloy and 35 kV power transformers

5 products

Hermetically sealed oil-immersed distribution transformers 30 – 2500 kVA for 6, 6.3 and 10 kV networks (0.4 kV secondary), plus 35 kV power transformers up to 20 MVA. Choose the series that fits your load factor and efficiency target: S13 reduces no-load loss and noise through an optimised core and winding design; S-M-NX2 (energy-efficiency grade 2) and S-M-NX1 (energy-efficiency grade 1) are designed to the energy-efficiency grades of GB 20052-2020, with losses falling from grade to grade; SH15 uses an amorphous-alloy core and suits sites where the transformer runs lightly loaded for most of the day.

The 10 kV distribution transformers use corrugated tanks with vacuum oil filling, off-circuit tap changers ±2×2.5 % (or ±5 %) and Yyn0 or Dyn11 vector groups, and are tested to GB/T 1094, harmonised with IEC 60076; type-test certificates are available for S13-M (500 and 1000 kVA) and S22-M-NX1 (100, 400 and 1250 kVA). Options include dual-LV windings, on-load tap changers, conservator designs for 35 kV, cold-climate execution and corrosion-resistant painting for salt or desert environments.

  • Energy-efficiency grades 1 and 2 to GB 20052; amorphous-alloy option
  • Hermetically sealed corrugated tank — no oil maintenance for the service life
  • Type-test certificates for S22-M (100, 400, 1250 kVA) and S13-M (500, 1000 kVA) from CNAS-accredited national testing centres
  • Routine test report, passport and drawings in Russian and English

Oil-immersed transformers vs. GOST types TMG / TM

In Uzbekistan oil-immersed distribution transformers are usually searched by their GOST type names — TMG (hermetic) and TM. Our hermetic S13, SH15 and S-M-NX1 / NX2 series for 6/10/0.4 kV serve the same role as a TMG: typical ratings 100, 160, 250, 400, 630, 1000, 1600 and 2500 kVA, Yyn0 or Dyn11, off-circuit taps ±2×2.5 %.

Frequently asked questions

How does S13 compare with a TMG?

It is the same class of equipment: a three-phase hermetically sealed oil-immersed transformer with a corrugated tank and no conservator, for 6/10/0.4 kV. The difference is the design standard (GB/T 1094, harmonised with IEC 60076) and the loss level: S13 has lower no-load loss than the base S11 series.

How much does a oil-immersed (TMG-type) transformer cost and how do I get a price?

The price depends on rating, voltages, vector group, loss level and scope. Send the rating, HV/LV voltages, quantity and delivery point via the form, email or Telegram / WhatsApp — a techno-commercial offer with price and lead time follows within one business day.

What is the lead time to Tashkent?

Standard transformers are built in 20–35 days after the advance payment, KTP and switchgear in 30–45 days. Rail or road delivery to Tashkent via Khorgos / Alashankou and Kazakhstan usually takes 15–25 days. FOB, CIF or DAP Tashkent.
