Power transformers & substation equipment for Uzbekistan

Solar & energy-storage equipment

Step-up box substations for PV and wind, PCS booster stations and integrated cabins for battery storage

7 products

Uzbekistan is adding gigawatts of solar capacity, and every plant needs step-up equipment between the inverters and the grid. We supply the following products made by Jiangsu Xinhong: PV / wind step-up box-type substations (0.8 kV → 10 / 35 kV, up to 6300 kVA) with split-winding transformers for two inverters, Chinese-, European- and American-type box substations, energy-storage converter (PCS) booster stations and integrated cabins that combine the PCS, transformer, switchgear and auxiliary systems in one factory-tested unit, plus inverter + step-up integrated substations and prefabricated cabin substations for the main distribution of the plant.

Units are designed for desert conditions — high ambient temperature, dust and sand, wide day/night temperature swings — with IP54 enclosures, forced ventilation or air-conditioning, dust filters and remote monitoring.

  • 35 kV step-up units up to 6300 kVA with split-winding transformers
  • Test report from a CNAS-accredited laboratory for the PV / wind prefabricated substation
  • Chinese-, European- and American-type enclosures to suit the EPC design
  • Integrated PCS + transformer + switchgear cabins for battery storage

Equipment for solar plants and BESS in Uzbekistan

A solar plant needs a step-up substation between the inverters and the grid: 0.8 kV → 10 or 35 kV, usually with a split-winding transformer. Battery energy-storage systems (BESS) need PCS booster stations. Desert design: IP54, forced ventilation or air-conditioning, dust filters and remote monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

Is the equipment suitable for Uzbekistan’s hot, dusty climate?

Yes. Step-up substations and BESS stations are built with IP54 enclosures, forced ventilation or air-conditioning, dust filters and anti-corrosion paint; the transformer is rated for the high ambient temperature and daily swings stated in your specification.

How much does a solar step-up substation cost and how do I get a price?

The price depends on rating, voltages, vector group, loss level and scope. Send the rating, HV/LV voltages, quantity and delivery point via the form, email or Telegram / WhatsApp — a techno-commercial offer with price and lead time follows within one business day.

What is the lead time to Tashkent?

Standard transformers are built in 20–35 days after the advance payment, KTP and switchgear in 30–45 days. Rail or road delivery to Tashkent via Khorgos / Alashankou and Kazakhstan usually takes 15–25 days. FOB, CIF or DAP Tashkent.
