Overview
The 35 kV series oil-immersed power transformers are manufactured by Jiangsu Xinhong, with improvements in materials, structure and manufacturing process. The core clamps on the HV and LV sides are tightened with steel tie bands or with upper and side beams to form a rigid frame structure, which increases the clamping force on the core and the ability to withstand shocks during transport.
Axial oil ducts in the HV and LV windings aid heat dissipation and reduce the copper-to-oil temperature difference and the hot-spot temperature rise inside the windings.
