Overview

SRM16-12 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is a three-phase AC 50 Hz, fully SF6-insulated and fully sealed metal-enclosed switchgear.

It is of modular design: the main switching devices (vacuum circuit breaker, load-break switch, load-break switch-fuse combination and disconnector) form functional units housed in a sealed gas tank, making up the individual gas-filled compartment units. The busbar can be extended freely to the left or right by means of busbar connectors, and the incoming and outgoing cables are of plug-in type. The switchgear is unaffected by the environment, offers a high level of safety, is maintenance-free and highly reliable.

It is widely used in industrial and civil ring main distribution systems and at the end-user side of the supply, and is particularly suitable for small secondary distribution substations, switching stations of industrial and mining enterprises, urban residential districts, airports, railways and similar sites.

• Altitude not exceeding 4000 m (please state specifically if the equipment will operate above 1000 m)
• Ambient air free from contamination by corrosive, flammable or explosive gases, and installation site free from severe shock; pollution level not exceeding class III as specified in GB/T 5582
• Seismic intensity: degree 8
• Amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system not exceeding 1.6 kV
• Special service conditions: where conditions differ from those above, the user should consult the manufacturer and reach agreement
