HXGN15-12 Unit-type metal-enclosed ring main switchgear, 12 kV

Overview

HXGN15-12 unit-type AC metal-enclosed ring main switchgear (referred to below as the ring main unit) is high-voltage equipment developed by Jiangsu Xinhong on the basis of imported technology to meet the requirements of rural power and urban network reconstruction programmes. All of its technical performance indices comply with IEC 62271-200 and GB/T 3906.

The HXGN15-12 unit-type AC metal-enclosed ring main unit is designed for 50 Hz, 12 kV power networks, where it receives and distributes electrical energy. The main switch in the cabinet is an SF6 switch.

• Ambient temperature: upper limit +40 °C, lower limit -25 °C
• Altitude: not exceeding 2000 m above sea level
• Relative humidity: daily average not more than 95 %, monthly average not more than 90 %
• Surrounding environment: the ambient air is not significantly contaminated by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapour or similar
• No frequent severe vibration
